I love my chair the grey matches my sofas. Took a bit of time for my husband to make it up the back was a bit difficult to get on as only one side clicked in and the other side did not,it took him a bit of time to get the back back off. This fabric massage chair is amazing! It’s incredibly comfortable and the material feels soft and breathable. Two stars are for the delivery and the way Wayfair handled our first complaint. This is the same second chair we had delivered last week due to the first chair having a faulty arm. Wayfair customer service have been marvelous, replacing the chair again but sorry to say the second chair has the same exact damage to the arm on the left hand side of the chair. There is quite a dent in the arm as if there is not enough padding. This surely must be a design fault as it is still the same left hand side. Beautiful look and feel to the fabric, very hard wearing. Mechanism is very stiff to operate at first and there is a knack to it, can be quite difficult at first. Really comfortable to relax in, for a shorter person, under 5 ft, in the upright position it seems a few inches off the floor.
