This chair is very comfortable and I am enjoying it. The only negative is the picture for attaching the back to the chair is not very clear as to how the clips work but that is a small thing.. Anonymous. Wed Jun 10 2026

I love my chair the grey matches my sofas. Took a bit of time for my husband to make it up the back was a bit difficult to get on as only one side clicked in and the other side did not,it took him a bit of time to get the back back off. This recliner is perfect for soothing aching and tired limbs by gently pushing back. It has lumbar support, an 8-point vibrational massage, enabling you to achieve unrestricted personal comfort. What's more, with handy drinks holders and side pockets for books, magazines, TV remotes, and gaming controllers, everyone in the family will enjoy this highly versatile recliner.

Very nice chair , easy to build . Good massage and easy to use control. The only reason gave 4 stars is when you recline the chair you have to really push back to make full recline and when you come back upright again you have to use strength in your legs to put the footrest down . This would make this difficult for someone that is frail . For us it’s ok. Is a bit loud , but you get used to it. Happy with it.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 30 2026

Two stars are for the delivery and the way Wayfair handled our first complaint. This is the same second chair we had delivered last week due to the first chair having a faulty arm. Wayfair customer service have been marvelous, replacing the chair again but sorry to say the second chair has the same exact damage to the arm on the left hand side of the chair. There is quite a dent in the arm as if there is not enough padding. This surely must be a design fault as it is still the same left hand side. I will be contacting Customer Services again to see what my options are. I Will not be requiring another chair from them.. Linda. Cardiff, GB. Fri Jan 24 2025

Beautiful look and feel to the fabric, very hard wearing. Mechanism is very stiff to operate at first and there is a knack to it, can be quite difficult at first. Really comfortable to relax in, for a shorter person, under 5 ft, in the upright position it seems a few inches off the floor. I purchases a pair and they look magnificent in the living room, great for watching tv and lounging. Delivery on time as expected by an extremely helpful team.. Linda. Frome, GB. Sat Mar 16 2024
