Dangerous item. It weighs an absolute ton so not portable. If this topples, it will smash and destroy anything it lands on including a child. I have reported this and sent photos showing the weight is too heavy for the tiny connecting screws that continually loosen. Dave in the Resolutions Team has been dismissive and, obtrusive. I requested I want to know how to raise a formal complaint. He said he needs to do this on my behalf and I am excluded from knowing the outcome. Beware, the Wayfair brand appears to have adopted an aggressive customer service approach. What a waste of money. I have disposed of, so now removed the dangerous item from my home.. Irene.
