I love these chairs! They are ALMOST exactly as described. Sturdy, easy assembly, and despite other reviews, comfortable. (They are for my formal dining room, so seated sessions will be infrequent and relatively short.) Taupe is a nice neutral color. The legs are stained pretty dark, I would call it black. I almost didn’t buy them because of the schematic dimensions. I even called to confirm dimensions and the rep was obviously looking at the same thing. Schematic indicates 20” high 6” seat. Which would make the chair rise 26” under my 27” table apron. The true dimension from floor to top of seat is 19” - which is perfect for my table. Hello, the 6 chairs were delivered today and this time they are the right ones. They were very fiddly fixing the legs on but got there in the end. However, there is a small mark on one of the chairs, while on another chair the fabric that covers the back of the chair isn’t covering the zip like the other chairs, it’s pulling away and I can see more of the zip. Okay looking dining chairs and although the instructions were wrong they are not too difficult to put together without them. If you do follow the instructions exactly be aware that the wooden legs will split and you will need a replacement.
