First sofabed sent out had a couple of defects. Wayfair issued a replacement and picked up the old broken sofabed as well. Product is okay, the first section of the sofabed once extended into bed is quite hard, so our guests have to sleep with their foot at the "top end" of the sofabed. Colour is quite good! Absolutely disgusted with the quality, given the price of this item. Pictures sent to Wayfair customer services, resulting in me receiving a full refund. Not the quality I'm used to receiving from Wayfair. Puckered leather, uneven arm trims, drips in the varnish, a broken foot. Uneven stitching and threads hanging. All in all an absolute disgrace..
