The item is wobbly and does not stay flat after assembly. It also makes a creaking noise. Wayfair has made it nearly impossible to return the item unless I pay half the price just for postage, which is very frustrating. Even when I selected 'product is defective', the only solution offered was to contact customer service or replace parts — neither of which addresses the fundamental design flaw. Looks lovely, and exactly what the picture shows. But sadly it is impossible to assemble as the holes do not match up for the screws to go in. They did replace it but frustratingly the 2nd side table had exactly the same defect…. Such a shame. I am now waiting for a full refund which was recommended over another replacement as I was told there must be a problem with the manufacturing of it and I maybe sent the same again with the same defects.
