Website was a bit glitchy but everything else including the delivery by Evri worked really well. The chair is easy to assemble and comfortable. It doesn’t feel particularly sturdy so if you have kids, dogs whatever that might be leaping around or adults who like to throw themselves into chairs you may want something a bit more robust but for me this works fine.. This is a stylish, modern chair in a great fresh colour. Looks good in our garden room. I bought two, one was perfect, the other was poorly upholstered at the front of the seat cushion. Way fair customer service were brilliant, they responded immediately & quickly arranged a replacement to be dispatched. When that arrived it was as good as the first. My only issue with this product is why on earth does the manufacturer attach a very visible company label sewn into the side seam of the chair? It sticks out and is impossible to remove without damaging the side seam. Otherwise a stylish, good value chair.
