Delivery was fast and well packaged. Check list enclosed which was great and instructions easy to follow. The linen material on the chair looks and feels good. However a tad disappointing in the wood! several marks and a couple of chips doesn’t look the best of woods. On saying that the most of the marks are hidden by the custions. I love the chair. It's very sturdy and comfortable with firm and well upholstered cushions. The measurements given online are accurate. The colour is exactly right to fit in with my room too. My only negative comment is the awful delivery as it was dumped in my drive without warning and not brought to the door and the outer layer of polythene packaging was covered in black dust which subsequently came off all over me and the carpet! I'm sure it wasn't like that when you despatched it but it's how I received it. The inner packaging was good and protected the chair very well. Der Sessel ist wunderschön. Ich hatte vorher mit der Produktionsfirma in England Kontakt, da ich einen anderes Polster wünschte, welches nicht bei wayfair angeboten wurde. Dies war kein Problem. Die Bestellung erfolgte über wayfair aber der Produzent stellte intern um, so dass ich ein anderes Muster erhielt. Dies klappte alles wunderbar. Nur bin ich etwas enttäuscht da die Verspannung unter dem Sessel aus einem ganz dünnen Kunststoffgewebe ähnlich einer dünnen Plane gemacht ist. Auch bin ich nicht sicher, wie lange das Sitzpolster seine Form behält, es scheint kein hochwertiges Sitzkissen. An den Füßen musste ich kleine Macken feststellen obwohl sie super gut verpackt waren.
