This stylish hallway bench is perfect for all homes. It is crafted from MDF for a sturdy and durable structure and has a toned finish for beauty. It features three open shelves that are spacious in size for keeping your shoes, with a concealed spot on the top for keeping other bits stored. The thick cushion sits on top, keeping you comfortable as you sit, with side groove handles so you can move it around easily.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another if I needed to - it’s very sturdy and the materials seem to be of a good quality too. Sat on the top to test it, did not budge. As others have said, you get an extra screw and other fittings with it in case you lose/have any issues with them which is great! I managed to put it altogether on my own, the instructions aren’t always clear (or maybe that’s just me) but once I wrapped my head around how it should look, it went smoothly (about 1.5hours from getting out of of the box to recycling said box) Only a 4* as I was expecting the bench to be white as the colour shows but it’s more of a blue colour which now doesn’t really fit with my colour scheme. But we make do (others have mentioned the colour doesn’t seem like the photo too whilst others see it fine, so must be luck of the draw). You can fit three pairs of shoes per row - mine are women’s size 7s - so long as you put them on the side as per the picture attached, but you’re only really getting 2.5 pairs per row realistically if you’re putting them out side by side. The bench looks great and is super sturdy. It’s been about 3 months since I’ve gotten it and I have no complaints. Looks and functions perfectly as a shoe bench. Cameron. St. Petersburg, FL. Tue May 26 2026

Organise your hallway or entryway with this contemporary shoe storage bench from Livingandhome. It's made from solid wood with white varnish, and it features a slatted design for a classic feel. This piece has three exposed shelves that hold up to seven pairs of shoes combined, and the padded top lifts to reveal a storage compartment for smaller essentials. The handles on both sides are designed for easy movement. It measures 50cm high and 91.5cm wide.

The description of this being "fully assembled" is inaccurate (see my picture). It came in several pieces and did need assembly. This was however relatively straight forward, although the material/wood is very, very soft and easily splits so be careful. Also, it was missing two screws from the package which is a bit of an annoyance. It's lightweight and looks okay but overall a bit of a disappointment. Glad it was discounted.. Anonymous. Beautiful slatted bench made of sustainable carbonised bamboo from the Danish manufacturer Brayden Studio. Ideal for the entrance area, the hallway, the bedroom or as an additional seat on the wall. The rib bench with slats made of bamboo impresses with a beautiful, natural warmth and a modern, stylish look that fits perfectly into modern home furnishings. The slatted bench is both visually appealing and functional. This makes it a versatile piece of furniture, whether as an additional seat or storage space - for example in the entrance area, in the bedroom, in larger bathrooms or in the kitchen. The rib bench is made of solid carbonised bamboo with a light, fine structure. With its robust and environmentally friendly properties, bamboo is a popular material in Scandinavian furniture design. Unlike other tree species, bamboo grows in the same place when it is felled. Since bamboo also grows extremely quickly, it is a fantastic sustainable raw material. Although bamboo is hard like oak wood, it makes sense to maintain the bench with a colourless oil. The oil preserves the warm colour of the bamboo wood and saturates the top layer for more resistance to wear and tear and stains. It is important not to cover bamboo or to expose it to heat or moisture, as this can lead to discolouration of the wood. The Brayden Studio' Rib collection is the right choice for those who value a timeless Scandinavian design, but also sustainability and quality Dimensions: 104cm L x 35cm W x 43cm H
