Certainly the sofa fits the brief exactly and is as I hoped it would be. The cushions are very firm and comfortable. I was slightly disappointed in the delivery process which occurred several days before I had been told by yourselves to expect it. Fortunately I was warned of this on the evening before but since I am working and teaching from home at present this could have been very inconvenient. The sofa cushions are filled with high-density sponges which make the cushions support the human body well. The sponge also has the effect of rebounding quickly, so you don’t have to worry about the cushion collapse caused by long-term sitting. To ensure the stability of the product, we have retained the complete oak, so the texture of the oak will make each product unique. To avoid wear, we added anti-skid pads on the bottom of the four feet.

I am happy with this little sofa now it is assembled. However when it arrived in an open damaged box I was expecting parts missing or broken. I was wrong it was all there and not damaged. Although one of the bolts had a worn thread which my husband managed to rethread. It was very tricky to assemble as the screw holes did not align. I do believe that in view of the state of the box and the bolt this had been a returned item. I have given 5 stars because now it is assembled I am happy with it.. Anonymous. Mon Jul 27 2026

Really pleased with this sofa. It’s maybe not quite as comfortable as a more expensive sofa might be but cushions etc sort that. It goes so nicely in our living room. We found putting it together pretty simple but some of it might have been a bit tricky with less than two people, lifting the back into place for example. The colour is more fuchsia than it appears in the Wayfair photos and even in my first photo. Other customer pictures and my second picture are closer to the real colour I think, it just photographs a little differently in some lights. it's a very small snug sofa, 2 seater is a bit of stretch for it really but I knew that from the dimensions. What let's it down is the low height, the awful packaging which left marks in the velvet and the lack of proper firm cushioning. The pros are that it comes with matching pillows, it has a neat ratchet system to make it a bit longer if you wanted lounge, calling it a sofa bed is a misnomer really.
