Der Sessel ist wunderschön. Ich hatte vorher mit der Produktionsfirma in England Kontakt, da ich einen anderes Polster wünschte, welches nicht bei wayfair angeboten wurde. Dies war kein Problem. Die Bestellung erfolgte über wayfair aber der Produzent stellte intern um, so dass ich ein anderes Muster erhielt. Dies klappte alles wunderbar. Nur bin ich etwas enttäuscht da die Verspannung unter dem Sessel aus einem ganz dünnen Kunststoffgewebe ähnlich einer dünnen Plane gemacht ist. Auch bin ich nicht sicher, wie lange das Sitzpolster seine Form behält, es scheint kein hochwertiges Sitzkissen. An den Füßen musste ich kleine Macken feststellen obwohl sie super gut verpackt waren. They really complement our room and decor. They seem to be made well and have a slightly higher seating height which adds to their comfort ( I’m 5’ 11”). The chairs are fairly comfortable straight out of the box even with the cushions being a little firm, but we hope they will become very comfortable with some use as the cushions get broken in more. This is a stylish, modern chair in a great fresh colour. Looks good in our garden room. I bought two, one was perfect, the other was poorly upholstered at the front of the seat cushion. Way fair customer service were brilliant, they responded immediately & quickly arranged a replacement to be dispatched. When that arrived it was as good as the first. My only issue with this product is why on earth does the manufacturer attach a very visible company label sewn into the side seam of the chair? It sticks out and is impossible to remove without damaging the side seam. Otherwise a stylish, good value chair. it's 2 chairs in one box, sitting on top of each other, which is not a good idea, as then each seat has dents/imprints from the back of another chair. the material is velvet, so it crushes easily already, and the pressure of another chair's weight also dents the padding inside. had the chairs for over a week now and the dents are not filling out, so it seems it's permanent. not quite impressed with that. overall, the chair itself looks ok, but the overall stitching finish is not of high quality. overall, they do the job, but they are not as nice as I imagined. considering the quality it's not good value for money at all..
