Very nice firm sofa. Nice colour. Came in one piece,well packed, only legs needed to be attached. We're moving soon, so after much searching, we ordered this as a temporary replacement for our 20-year-old 3-cushion sofa that finally popped a spring from a back cushion. The love seat is stylish in person. The fabric is a nice, smooth, and similar to canvas; it reminds me of denim. Assembly was easy. The size is just right for 2 adults and fits our space perfectly. The seat cushions are firmer than we expected but still comfortable. The arms are at a good height for easily reaching a drink on our side table. Like others have said, the back cushions are wrinkled but are a non-issue for us. There's a Velcro strip on the part of the love seat where the back cushions sit, so you can attach the cushions if you'd like. I also wish the back was a little taller/higher (unfortunately, I didn't measure before ordering) and the back cushions were thicker/fluffier. The height of the back of the love seat only reaches right below my shoulder blades (I'm 5'8"), so taller individuals aren't able to rest their head back. Also, while sitting on the sofa for an extended period of time (about 2 hrs or so), I don't feel much support on my upper back, so I can see how sitting long-term might be uncomfortable for those who need additional support. Thicker back cushions would be preferred. We'll be purchasing a new sofa after we move, so in the short-term, this sofa was at a great price, will serve its purpose, and is what we were looking for at this time.. Karen. Rockville, MD. Certainly the sofa fits the brief exactly and is as I hoped it would be. The cushions are very firm and comfortable. I was slightly disappointed in the delivery process which occurred several days before I had been told by yourselves to expect it. Fortunately I was warned of this on the evening before but since I am working and teaching from home at present this could have been very inconvenient. Awful experience from start to end, even had to set the couch up myself and didn’t have the tools to do this so also had to go out and spend more money on a drill. The colour is exactly what I wanted, that is my only positive but the experience buying from Wayfair has ruined this chair for me. The couch doesn’t even have any underneath its wood only sealed with a cheaper bit of plastic, not at all what I expected but I cannot be bothered with the hassle and delays of another 2-3 months sending this back and ordering a new one..
