These barstools were exactly what I needed for my breakfast bar. They look great, feel sturdy, and were easy to put together. Like some other reviewers mentioned, the wood appears to be laminated and seems prone to cracking, which was a little disappointing. I ordered the green chairs and they are a really lovely colour. Well packaged and easy to build. The chair is quite firm to sit on and quite sturdy. Stool color is a matte gold which worked perfect with my cabinet hardware and plumbing fixtures. The height and width are good but the stool is not comfortable. One of the chairs the bolts didn’t line up perfectly and you can see it. Not enough of an issue for me to waste time returning but kind of a bummer. Regardless, overall the stools are nice..
