Sofa is lively and spacious but not happy due to incorrect size and measurements provided on website. In product details it states the overall length and width of the sofa is 221cm. This however is incorrect, this is an internal measurement NOT the overall total size. As such this sofa does not now fit in the intended space which I had made sure to measure prior to ordering.
Another point which I am unhappy about is the delivery which stated 8 weeks. I was given a date and took that day off work especially for it. However the day passed and there was no delivery and no email to say sorry this will not be delivered today. 2 days later I get a reply after contacting customer services to complain to say they will be in touch as soon as they have a date and I should keep checking my order (which still had the original delivery date listed in the past). I was then given a new delivery date only to be contacted by text msg a few days beforehand to say actually we can delivery tomorrow so all in all I have taken 3 days off of work to get a sofa delivered that doesn't fit the dimensions provided and paid a lot of money for it..
