One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. We ordered this in silver plush fabric, which is lovely and soft. The dimensions listed for this item are incorrect. It is around 46cm wide, not 33cm as the product description shows. I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase.
