The round dining table Melbourne by Williston Forge is made of mango wood and metal. Due to the unique thread of the wood, each piece of furniture made of mango wood has a special and individual look. The wood is known for its fine grain with beautiful warm flame drawings in various shades of colour. The wood is light to dark golden brown with yellow and pink streaks running through it. The 4.5 cm thick top is thickened 3+3 cm and has a rough finish that makes it extra sturdy. The round shape of the top ensures that the chairs are cosily turned towards each other around the table, making it fit well in most interiors. The top is treated with a lacquer, which provides a first layer of preventive protection. For a stronger protection that prevents scratches and stains, we recommend first sanding the top and then applying a care product from the HSM care product collection. Please note that the table top has been roughly scraped. This results in a coarse textured top and the top is therefore not flat. The colour of these tabletops may possibly be lighter than shown in the photo. Width between legs: 55cm.

Dining table Zurich from HSM Collection is made of solid acacia wood. This is a very durable hardwood that has been used for furniture for a long time. The fine grain, flame pattern and the changing color nuances in particular give furniture made of acacia a solid and warm appearance. The 38mm thick top is beautifully finished with a Swiss edge. The blade has been treated against stains and is therefore easy to keep clean with a damp cloth. The dining table contains black metal Veneto table legs. This table is treated with a lacquer, which gives a first preventive layer of protection. For stronger protection that prevents ring formation and stains, we recommend sanding the top first and then applying it with a maintenance product from the HSM maintenance products collection. NB! The holes for the table legs are not pre-drilled in the table top.

The underside of the top is reinforced with plywood and MDF. Table leg Tablo Alkmaar (hxwxd) 72x79x10 cm, is made of 80x80x1 mm steel tube, KD structure and is powder-coated matt black. This table leg weighs 9.3 kg. The table is delivered in three packages and is easy to assemble with the help of the simple assembly instructions.

The table itself is beautiful and very high quality. But please be aware your delivery date will not be anywhere near the time frame set when placing your order. I had to order this table twice the first time I ordered 28th May, estimated delivery 14th I June I revived notification 8 days later telling me there was a delay until 19th August. I cancelled my order and re ordered the smaller table due to me liking the design and needing the table sooner than the 8 weeks delay. Although when I came to order the smaller table they had increased the price to higher than the original price I’d paid for the larger table! Wayfair did knock off 20 as a good Will gesture although I still paid more than I should have. I ordered this table and the same thing happened again the table was delayed and the notification came through 8 days later. This time it was only by 1 week. Although I think it would have been more if I hadn’t have complained initially. Please note once if cancelled and re ordered the smaller table. My original table came back into stock 6 weeks earlier than the date of the 19th August they gave me.
