Arrived safe and sound, looks great. Nice and firm, but not super firm. Good chair to have in a living room if you have guests around, Would give 5 stars, except had some scratches near one of the screw holes. Not sure if that was a manufacturing error, or a transit issue. For the price I paid, that's not great. That said, solid chair all round.
