Be aware as it is minuscule and the photo is utterly misleading. It also weighs close to nothing so even if I found a very small person to sit on it I'm not sure it would be totally safe. Susanne. GB. Fri May 16 2025

I love these chairs! They are ALMOST exactly as described. Sturdy, easy assembly, and despite other reviews, comfortable. (They are for my formal dining room, so seated sessions will be infrequent and relatively short.) Taupe is a nice neutral color. The legs are stained pretty dark, I would call it black. I almost didn’t buy them because of the schematic dimensions. I even called to confirm dimensions and the rep was obviously looking at the same thing. Schematic indicates 20” high 6” seat. Which would make the chair rise 26” under my 27” table apron. The true dimension from floor to top of seat is 19” - which is perfect for my table. Based on review pictures, I was pretty sure they would work, so I just ordered 2 to start, then I ordered 6 more.. Loral. Lemont, IL. Tue Jun 16 2026

Great design, compact and very reasonably priced but not without the issues. it arrived with no hardware pack, but easily resolved with a call to customer service. put together and sturdy. absolutely what we were after - compact, stylish and looks fairly durable. the plastic screw cover tops came off after 3 days and had to be glued back on to stop popping out. so do be prepared to sort out few niggles, BUT for 169 pounds it is really not worth complaining - any "designer" shop will charge several times over that. so overall - great value for money. now waiting for 4 more to arrive!. Actually a ZERO rating. Buyers should be aware that the advertising is misleading, as the item is listed on the website as a Solid Wood Winsor Back Accent by Keen Replicas, with the confirmation email stating same. It’s not until the morning of delivery when another email confirms that the item is actually an Armchair Miniature Slat by Keen Replicas that the scam becomes clear. On arranging for a return, you’re told that you will be charged £20 for the privilege. Customer Services, say that Wayfair policy will not allow for the return fee to be waived as the dimensions are hidden under the Weight and Dimensions tab on the product's webpage. It is my contention that Wayfair know that they are misleading customers by conducting business in this fashion. To then compound the issue by implementing return charges to increase their profit margin is simply daylight robbery, particularly when the return shipping fee will only be waived if I place another order of equal or greater value. Given that Wayfair seem to operate dubious business practices, I would suggest that this is a company to steer clear of.. Anonymous. Fri May 10 2024
