I brought this as i need storage looks nice on picture but there are slats missing and bed is nothing like picture. sides dont line up and the lining on inside is to short an missing slats we had to ulter them an its only coz i.m very shor that it might b ok.pore and very disappointed especially with it being from wayfair. Terrible experience. A lot of missing parts when it got delivered - which means that I cannot even start building the bed post unpacking ‘everything’. The quality of the materials is also not great and few parts were damaged. Best part is that I’ve ordered the missing pieces but got informed that they do not have them anymore. So I am left with a structure I cannot use because 5 important pieces were missing at delivery and don’t seem to even exist anymore. Worst service ever. Not sure what I am supposed to do now.. Would not buy again. The ottoman frame itself is not made very well it just doesn't fit well in the bed. Then there were issues with the suspension units both of which do not compress. Fortunately i only need the storage underneath for occasional use. If it was not for the weight and hassle of returning (as would need to dismantle it completely) I would have returned it.
