I love the chair. It's very sturdy and comfortable with firm and well upholstered cushions. The measurements given online are accurate. The colour is exactly right to fit in with my room too. My only negative comment is the awful delivery as it was dumped in my drive without warning and not brought to the door and the outer layer of polythene packaging was covered in black dust which subsequently came off all over me and the carpet! I'm sure it wasn't like that when you despatched it but it's how I received it. The inner packaging was good and protected the chair very well. Covered in faux leather it has a smooth shiny texture that is super easy to keep clean. One of the best features of the Milford is the design of the feet. Rather than having long legs that can wear and break over time it has small feet. This gives the chair a low centre of gravity and keeps it stable, preventing the user from really being able to lean back on the chair. This is great if you are buying the chair for a business. As you can see the chair has a thick seat cushion providing high levels of comfort in a chair that doesn’t take up too much room. Being stitched on it can’t slide off either.
