Modern spacious Chaise Lounge with lot of cushions, making it comfortoble and relaxing piece.

Extremely comfortable sofa! Perfect for the space i ordered it for, only issue we have is because its bulky its difficult to get through doorways, we couldn't manoeuvre into one room as it wouldn't angle, so would be helpful if it could come in parts, and the cushions can be hard to get into a comfortable arrangement, but once sorted its really comfy to curl up in, the perfect film watching sofa! I'm Isle of Man based so had to use a shipping company, but delivery was very smooth process, i had to contact customer service once and they were beyond helpful, would definitely recommend and shop here again for furniture!. I love the Chaise Longue but the delivery was a nightmare. I could have ordered the product from several other outlets at a cheaper price but decided to order from Wayfair as stated a guaranteed delivery date. The product was to be delivered in 2 boxes, On the day of delivery i received only 1 box(half the product) It took all day to contact the delivery service and wayfair to find out where the 2nd box was. I was informed by Wayfair that i would receive an email the following day to inform and update me on what was happening with my delivery?? Did not receive any email from Wayfair, the 2nd box was delivered the following day. Have still had no email from Wayfair in regards of the mix up or an apology for not receiving the product on the guaranteed delivery date. Disappointed with the service..... Anonymous.
