I love the Chaise Longue but the delivery was a nightmare. I could have ordered the product from several other outlets at a cheaper price but decided to order from Wayfair as stated a guaranteed delivery date.
The product was to be delivered in 2 boxes, On the day of delivery i received only 1 box(half the product) It took all day to contact the delivery service and wayfair to find out where the 2nd box was. I was informed by Wayfair that i would receive an email the following day to inform and update me on what was happening with my delivery??
Did not receive any email from Wayfair, the 2nd box was delivered the following day. Have still had no email from Wayfair in regards of the mix up or an apology for not receiving the product on the guaranteed delivery date. Disappointed with the service..... Anonymous.
