Its on wheels which is what I wanted so it could be wheeled into our kitchen. I really like this little stand for my kitchen! It was super easy to assemble, and it only took about 45 minutes. I did have to use a screwdriver, but that was the only thing I provided. Everything else was provided and organizedlabeled neatly. The stand materials are on the cheap side (plastic, vinyl and particle board), but its very sturdy in a corner.
