I bought this table for the cat. She would sit on the back of an armchair and leaving hair all over it. We put this table behind the chair, added a fleece blanket, and she loves it. I rarely need to remove cat hair anymore. The table is finished on all sides except for the back of the tabletop. Since the chair is in the middle of the room, this raw edge is visible.
