The compact high bar table has two lift up leafs to provide extra surface area when needed, supplied with 2 matching high chairs all finished with grey waxed underframes and antique waxed top surfaces. Made from responsible sourced pine and additional stools can be bought separately. Easy to build, easy to clean, easy to use this is a great compact bar set for you kitchen area.

This table set is an incredible value for the price. I just moved into a studio apartment and I wanted something counter height that could double as more prep space and a table, plus not take up too much space. The solid wood feels very sturdy, and the assembly was easy. The stools do wobble a little bit but they didn't before I screwed in the cross bars - I think they just need some adjustment or some self-leveling felt pads on the feet. If this were a more expensive set that would knock it down to 4 stars, but I'm factoring in value too - I'm willing to tinker a bit to save some money. Whilst I have no complaint about the product itself, the item description and images are very poor. Based on the description and images, I expected a worn/reclaimed yet "plain" wood effect on the stool seats, however, the over-riding effect is "paint-stripped" and a lot of bright orange, green and blue, as is detailed far more clearly on other products throughout the site. I bought the set for my outdoor bar so looks fine in there but thought this information may be helpful to others choosing for different purposes.. Anonymous. Tue Mar 25 2025
