As I have just said in a review of my purchase, the sofas are great but the delivery service was rubbish. So basically if you have problems unpacking large thick boxes and moving furniture then don't expect to get what you order delivered to the room of your choice. We were told that the delivery people aren't allowed to open the boxes, but you have to sign for the contents. Because they aren't allowed to open the boxes the goods won't go through a door and so the sofas couldn't get beyond our conservatory. That is until I played holly hell explaining the legality of the contract, i.e. delivery to the room of your choice, even then I was told the only thing they could do was to take them away and redeliver another day. Fortunately, after I had put the phone down the delivery guys seeing my wife and I are disabled decided to break the rules and unpacked then delivered them to the living room. SO BUYER BEWARE.
