Relatively easy to put together, seems quite sturdy. The head board is not as high as expected, I do have a thick mattress though, but thought it would be a little higher than it is. The bed is solidly made with clear assembly instructions. It took longer than the suggested time to put together - you also need a fair amount of space to build it. The drawers are smaller than we had anticipated, with the bed frame limiting the height of the items you could fit it them. The main issue we had was that the bed isn't designed to work on carpeted floors as there is no clearance built in between the bottom of the drawers and the floor. Comes as built in box . We just need to join together and few screw and logics as there was no manual book to it. The quality is good and study is ok. Without the mattress it could be bit flimsy .
