The Almerton 1.6M Fixed Top Dining Table is an exceptional addition to any dining room, blending rustic allure with a commitment to sustainability. Constructed from reclaimed pine, this table not only showcases the beauty of natural materials but also supports environmentally responsible practices. Its rustic charm is a testament to the unique character and history inherent in reclaimed wood. This table's design is further enhanced by a lacquered finish on both the tops and undersides, providing superior protection and ensuring that it withstands the test of time. The fixed top design offers a generous surface area, perfect for enjoying meals and hosting gatherings. For those occasions when additional seating is required, the table can be extended with the SAL11 Extension Leaf (available for purchase separately), offering versatility and adaptability to your changing needs. This table's elegant, contemporary style makes it the ideal spot for entertaining guests and gather the family. When expanded from 132 cm to 198 cm, this table can accommodate six people with ease. The table has two leaves that clip into place and are stored internally. You can use one or both of the leaves to extend the table by 165 or 198 cm. The table extends via a central runner system.

The glow of natural wood shines through in this dining table, creating a comforting hub you'll love to begin and end your days at. The table's sturdy build of solid wood is complemented with a two-tone colour palette that is easy to mix and match with your existing décor. An extendable function means that the table can fit up to six people, making it ideal for dinner parties or big families.

The table is very nice for the price, and very easy to assemble - you just need to attach the 4 legs and that's it. The extensions work well too and are easy to operate. A couple of notes though: 1. The tabletop is untreated wood, so you'd need to wax/polish it yourself in order to avoid staining the wood. 2. My table arrived with slight damage to the frame (see attached photos). It doesn't look like it was caused by the delivery, but instead the place where some screws were pre-installed has caused the wood to crack. I decided to keep the table since the damage isn't easily visible and Wayfair offered me a discount if I wanted to keep it, instead of returning it. That's the only reason I'm giving the product 4/5 stars.. Tihomir. London, GB. Fri Sep 02 2022
