My initial order got lost in transit how that's possible idk it was easy for them resend another but thought I should've been compensated for the inconvenience but I wasn't. When the package did arrive a couple of the pieces were damaged but I think I can deal with it. I do think the dresser is beautiful like the comments say it takes forever to put together took me maybe 6 hours to do but directions are pretty straight forward in my opinion. I wish it was on a metal track as far as the way the drawers slide in and out and the drawers don't open that far. If it was on a metal track might've given 5stars despite the damage. This chest of 2 doors and 2 drawers is notable because it looks like 12 drawers but not! So you have place to store inside and this is kind of furniture you don't see everywhere.
