I love this ottoman storage bed! It looks great and stores a lot of stuff. Delivery was on time. It takes two to put it together but was easy once we found the instructions and did not rely on the video alone. We decided not to attach the bottom to the bed as it only attached by Velcro. We store plastic boxes under our bed that are quite heavy, but they also cannot be seen under the bed so it works very well. The bed fits a standard double size (bought elsewhere) perfectly. The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. You can get a replacement of the exact same item ordered, which in my case wasn't helpful as the problem i had with the mattress i ordered was the discomfort of it. The divan is split in two parts. One of the part unfortunately came damaged. Have been waiting for replacement. I would have expected better product for the amount I paid. But will wait for replacement to give final review. The legs and screws were inside the divan and instruction on it said, don’t open divan before putting mattress on it. So I kept wondering where the legs are. In the end we put mattress on it and opened the divan to find out that it is damaged from inside and the leg and screws are inside the ottoman.
