This is a great power-lift recliner and is definitely worth the money I paid for it. The recliner was delivered yesterday and only took me about 30 minutes to unbox, assemble and connect the cables. It's really quite comfortable and I love that it can recline all the way back for sleeping. The headrest can be adjusted with the chair remote as well if you want more support for your head/neck. The massage/heat are an added bonus and are controlled with a separate remote. I'm 6'2" and the chair is perfect for my height. Needed to ring customer service as delivery day wasn’t updated, this was soon sorted and chairs arrived promptly. We didn’t have any problems with the assembly, it is a two person job . 4.5 stars. I got this as a nursery chair. It’s beautifully vibrant in person. It arrived in 1 day. Assembly was extremely easy, took 2 minutes and no tools required.
