Comes as built in box . We just need to join together and few screw and logics as there was no manual book to it. The quality is good and study is ok. Without the mattress it could be bit flimsy . The bed arrived earlier than expected, but we were given plenty of notice of this from the delivery company. The bed was the wrong colour but I’ve kept it as it still went with my bedroom as it was a grey colour but was supposed to be a blue. The instructions aren’t clear and it took a long time to build. A nice bed, but took me 4 hours to assemble it. Got two bars the wrong way around - there was no early alert about that feature and it is only at the end when I discovered it - it still works though, but without the mattress bar.
