Received item as promised, on time & in good condition. The chair is of good quality, looks great, feels great and sits great. Some assembly was required but was easily performed.. Rick Barron. Texas. Sun Jul 20 2025

It is very comfortable for me at 5'6". The seat seemed hard at first but just seems supportaive at this point. The lift is great. It does not heat up very high, but I have plenty of heating pads. I bought for the lift feature as I'm having Achilles tendon and foot surgery next week with no weight bearing and figured I could save more energy for moving about on crutches and a scooter if I didn't have to stand and sit with one leg..
