Lovely bed and really easy to assembly, I managed to put it together myself. Would have liked another couple of planks of wood for bottom slates and also to fasten them in place. Great purchase which arrived earlier than originally expected, once delivery company had helpfully got in touch to check this would be okay. We had to redo our work a few times when assembling the bed as we’d not noticed the correct layout of the pre drilled bolt holes when laying out the main pieces but once we’d noticed our error, it was completed (2 persons) within 3 hours and we are really pleased with how lovely it looks and the storage space the ottoman gives us.. Lovely looking bed but disappointed with the quality. Definitely not worth the money it’s advertised at. Seems very light and the boards that the mattress sits on is paper thin!
