Was delivered in parts so had to wait an extra couple of days before I could put it together. Instructions were missing but after contacting support they were supplied within 24hrs easy to assemble. The outer faux leather layer started wearing away at about the 5 year mark and it's in a bad state now so looking for an upgrade. It's also lost the cushioning and is creaky. Considering the price, I still rate this 5 stars for an entry level recliner, it's been brilliant to sink into every evening. Just don't expect to get more than about 5 years life out of it. The sofa and this armchair arrived in excellent condition,both items were packed and protected very well.I like the fabric,floral charcoal,which i hadn't actually seen,was a pleasant surprise.There is charcoal grey background with a black flower and leaf design,the design is different to the example( shown above).The chair is solidly made and very comfortable.I have a sofa of plain charcoal fabric,the two different fabrics complement each other.I am pleased with both items.I like the shape of both sofa and armchair.. Happy with the purchase, very good chair bed, comfortable, pleasant touch fabric, sturdy. Easy instructions to follow to put it together. Good single bed, firm mattress maybe a topper can make it more comfortable. Not 5 stars due to delivery, the driver dumped the boxes on my doorstep without anyone at home and didn’t ring the bell either.
