Terrible! This is the first time I have ordered from Wayfair and I am not impressed at all. There are chips in several pieces of wood, the cheap plastic legs also have small chips in them. There are tears in both back boards and the spine that links the back boards together was not in the box. To top it all off when it was built, following the instructions, one of the shelves is not straight because the holes are in the wrong place. I appreciate I only paid £200 for this so don't expect the best quality however I do expect wood without chips in and all the pieces to be in tact. I have also ordered a desk, if this is the same quality then I will not be using Wayfair again.. K. Worksop, GB. Wed Oct 30 2019
