Very good quality and very good delivered thank you waifer. Hasan. Guildford, GB. Mon Feb 17 2025

The bed arrived earlier than expected, but we were given plenty of notice of this from the delivery company. The bed is excellent, it looks great and is very well made and the ottoman storage is brilliant. I just love it and would highly recommend purchasing this bed. . Annmarie. Blantyre Glasgow, GB. The Tharpe bed radiates refinement, elegance and class and is guaranteed to make its mark wherever it is placed. If you desire a dreamy 5-star experience without the 5-star price, this bed belongs in your home.

The bed is really nice, but the delivery was totally random, we'd not had any update of the delivery to be expected, it was then left outside my neighbours house in the rain. Additionally, once I struggled to bring the parts in and began unpackaging there were tears in the material on the back of the headboard and a huge stain across the side panel. I'm also not sure about the slats, it looks like there should be a couple more in there. Had the above delivery and fault issues not been there, which could just be a bad experience on my side, overall the bed is really beautiful and seems sturdy enough, additionally it was really easy to put together.. Make a bold bedroom statement with this Wing Ottoman Storage Bed, handcrafted in the United Kingdom from luxurious plush velvet. The sweeping wingback headboard wraps gently around the sleeping area, creating a cocooning effect that is as visually striking as it is comfortable for evening reading. Beneath the sleeping surface, a smooth-action gas-lift mechanism raises the entire base to expose a generous full-length storage compartment. Built around a solid timber frame with reinforced corner joints and a sprung wooden slat system, this bed delivers lasting support and excellent mattress ventilation.

Problematic and very poor service and management from beginning. Original delivery date changed a few times, had to call support many times to arrange per promise. Delivery had missing parts (bed feets) and assembly instructions. Instructions sent over email after a week but only 3 page out of 13. After 20 days got a dailymotion video to refer for assembly. This was again for different make and model. Had to spent 3-4 hours assembling without proper instructions. Bed feets delivered after 5 weeks with no instructions, until then bed was unassembled and unsed and consuming one full bedroom. Called several times to complain, get updates about feets and severals emails from Wayfair on promised delivery dates which did not come true until 5 weeks later. Even one time Customer support agent just hung up on me when pressed for no progress for long time. If I add up all of my time, had to spend 2 days (48 hours) for calling several times Wayfair, hanging on line, responding emails, etc to Wayfair and couriers. All this excluding disappointment, botheration and hassles. Don't think Wayfair customer support understands customer pain and urgency.. Amit. Fri Jan 24 2025

Don’t waste your hard earned cash! I was absolutely appalled at the state this bed arrived in. I only opened the packaging on one of the divan bases and we couldn’t believe how many parts were broken on it (see photos). The Wayfair customer services representative was also shocked. However, in spite of all the poor reviews/broken beds that get delivered by Mercer, Wayfair still stock them! Even if this bed hadn’t arrived broken, it still wouldn’t have been worth the £639.99 I paid for it. The structure of the frame feels flimsy, as do the drawers., and the material doesn’t have a nice feel to it - it feels a little cheap. The headboard (from what I could see/feel through the clear packaging) didn’t look to be good quality either, and there wasn’t much padding. It really isn’t worth wasting your money on. As an aside, even though the description of this bed clearly states “drawers at footend”, I received the base with drawers either side (just to add insult to injury)! Sadly, I can only upload 10 photos …!!. Anonymous. Wed Aug 02 2023

Natalie. Niddatal, DE. Wed Sep 04 2024
