Very nice firm sofa. Nice colour. Came in one piece, well packed, only legs needed to be attached. Only downside - it came 2 weeks late and the customer service didnt have the best overview, where it was stuck on delivery. All and all very happy with the product and service.. Katrin. Dublin. Frustrating delivery, wrong item, and painful to sit on Ordered a dark brown sofa, but delivery was delayed for weeks. I had to repeatedly chase customer service to track down the package, which was lost in transit before being located. When it finally arrived, Wayfair delivered a light beige sofa instead of dark brown. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely stiff and not soft at all—sitting on it leaves my whole body aching. The fabric feels cheap, the frame squeaks, and setting up a return for their mistake has been an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the pain and shop elsewhere.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 26 2026

It is smaller than I thought but it fits well in my spare room. I will need to ask my guests what they think of it when they use it. It is only just a little bit bigger than a single bed so not really great for two grown adults, unless they know each other VERY well :). Fauzia. Kent. Wed May 17 2023

This really is a big sofa. We could use them as beds without any scrunching up. Very firm which surprised me initially but we are getting used to that - not at all a squishy sofa. Beautiful colour - only disadvantage is shows up where cat has been! The velvet finish is not getting attacked (by cat) as much as previous ones were so that’s good. We like these. Fionnuala.
