Simple picture instructions do no tell you that you have to find the embedded bolts in the back rest and then cut access through the fabric with a paring knife. They are invisible under the fabric and you have to feel around with your fingers to locate them. Annoying! Also, the instructions do not tell you to screw the bolt end into the backrest FIRST, then attach the seat and secure with washer and nut. Really poor instructions. The chairs arrived super fast and the photos were pretty good in what you see is what you get. The only complaint that I have is that the cushions are not a snug fit to/within the chair body. I foresee a potential "sliding" problem when in use. These were not expensive chairs by any means, and are aesthetically pleasing for our 3 seasons room.
