Let me start by saying this star rating is strictly for the chairs themselves. LOVE them! They are sturdy and have a taller seat than what I’ve had in the past. The style was just what I was looking for. As far as comfort, they’re really pretty decent for a wooden chair. We have a toddler so we wanted nothing to do with any cushions. I may have to invest in some black touch up paint for nicks - they’re just so easy to spot with black. The logistical experience was a little sticky. I originally ordered two sets of two. One chair came extremely damaged and unusable. The box was a dead giveaway that one of them may have an issue (if not both). Wayfair handed the situation off to the manufacturer and they offered a discount (recouping half my cost) and keep as is or return the set for a new set. After some back and forth, I opted to take easy street and take the discount and order a third set. I wanted five chairs anyway and they’re not sold individually. Overall, I’m really happy.
