Really pleased with this unit. It arrived two days after ordering and with all the components. I’m not a fan of putting together flat packs but this was pretty easy if you read the instructions thoroughly before you start. It’s very sturdy and the hinges for the doors are clever. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I ordered this product and was sent a square unit rather than a tall one. I understand issues like this can sometimes happen, Wayfair were great and sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived and again is a square unit. I contacted them again and they assured me they would get a replacement sent and checked before delivery. Today the replacement has arrived and would you believe it, I've been sent a square cubed unit for the third time. Absolutely ridiculous that the correct unit can't be found and shipped.. Anonymous. I made measurement before I ordered this item, and it is exactly what I wanted. Whilst this product got a 5 stars rating from me, there has been a couple of issues. Firstly, I received 3 different assembly instructions (as seen in my attached photos). The assembly instruction for my unit did not indicate when the back panel should be put in, which means I had to go back a couple of steps, after I had already completed (see set up instruction photo that I had submitted). Secondly, the 'cling film' that protect the cupboard had no marker for me to peel off the sticky film, which means that I ended up scratching the corner with a sharp object. Very difficult to remove. Thirdly, there was no distinguishing between the screw (see photo). Was guess work which screw belongs to which instruction. Finally, there was no instruction on how to put the door onto the unit.
