Bed was good, easy to build and delivery was fine. But a part was missing, one of the vertical supports on the centre bed rail wasnt in the box - as shown in the image, it was easier to cut abit of wood rather than ask for a replacement as I needed the bed built that day.. Lovely bed and really easy to assembly, I managed to put it together myself. Would have liked another couple of planks of wood for bottom slates and also to fasten them in place. Terrible experience. A lot of missing parts when it got delivered - which means that I cannot even start building the bed post unpacking ‘everything’. The quality of the materials is also not great and few parts were damaged. Best part is that I’ve ordered the missing pieces but got informed that they do not have them anymore. So I am left with a structure I cannot use because 5 important pieces were missing at delivery and don’t seem to even exist anymore. Worst service ever. Not sure what I am supposed to do now.. Absolutely love this bed, we have had it for over a year and it looks just as good as when we got it. Only thing I would say is some colour came off the wicker onto our new white sheets when we first put it together. I gave it a good wipe over a couple of times before the colour stopped coming off. Love this. Very comfortable and has an expensive feel to it. Looks perfect in my room and was exactly what I was looking for. Easy enough to assemble, but quite time consuming (but that's to be expected with a king size bed). Only complaint was the cushioned part of the foot board was collapsed internally (wasn't obvious by sight - only noticed when I put my hand on it). Not sure if this was caused during transit, but definitely seemed like a one-off. However, Wayfair sorted this without problems and organised a replacement which arrived early at no additional cost. Lovely looking bed but disappointed with the quality. Definitely not worth the money it’s advertised at. Seems very light and the boards that the mattress sits on is paper thin!
