Had to call on 2 or 3 occasions to chase up bed. Had to be reordered. When arrived bed was damaged which I reported and kept with a reduce in price as daughter couldnt sleep without a bed and didnt know long a replacement wouldve taken. Headboard was missing. Was told it would be delivered on a smaller van. Again Had to phone and chase. Was delivered the following week. Courier tried to deliver another headboard, a week or so a go. Once I've contacted the Wayfair, they were very prompt and apologetic, they booked the van to pick it up for free and issued the refund. Absolutely would not recommend this bed or Wayfair. First bed arrived with two broken slats, that was collect and I was assured a replacement would be sent straight out. A replacement was due to delivered on Thursday 17th April and never arrived until Monday afternoon. When it did arrive I was only sent one side of the bed, the entire bed wasn’t sent. I contacted Wayfair via WhatsApp and they assured me they would refund me as soon as this part of the bed was collected. The item is ok although the two divan parts would be better bolted together not the two flimsy metal clips. My beef is about delivery. I expressly asked for delivery on Monday 20th and Wayfair sent message that they had passed this on to their delivery team. It arrived last Thursday morning (16th). The delivery company said it had been left securely which was total ‘horlicks’ as it was left out in all weather in view of passers by. To add insult I was charged extra £ 14.99 for a large item.
