Absolutely shocking quality of wood. Screw & dowel holes did not align, some of the longer bits of wood were too long. We had to buy wood and attach to the back to re-inforce as the item kept falling to bits during assembly. On line chat useless and no telephone number for customer services. Would not recommend this item at all. Mrs. Dalgety Bay Dunfermline, GB. Fri Mar 14 2025

Looks so beautiful in the photo but when it came to assemble I was dissapointed by the quality and how flimsy it was. The assembly screws were not good and a few of them snapped under barely any pressure, I am not sure how anyone gets this to look like the picture. its a shame!. Anonymous. Thu Oct 19 2023

Rubbish quality! Not impressed at all. Very time consuming putting it together. Skipped it!. D. Y Trallwng, GB. Sat Jan 03 2026

The product arrived on time and was well packed - the only reason I gave one star. However, even though I was aware thst this was a self build product, I was not prepared for such a poor quality product. The paint finish was appalling and the wood was very rough around the sawn edges. I queried it’s suitability for a divan bed but, even though I was told this was a free standing headboard suitable for a divan bed, it was not - it is built to be attached to a slatted bed stead. This product is of such poor quality I feel it denigrates the standing of Wayfair which prides itself in selling good quality products. Needless to say, product is being returned. Pauline Ann.
