First the good - the wood is of nice quality with a lovely finish and it is very solid. The less good: the max bottle diameter of 7cm is smaller than a normal "bordeaux" or standard wine bottle and so bottles cannot be put in from what should be the front of the rack - ok if you have a large collection of moselle or reisling - less so if red is your thing. Consequently I've stored mine "in reverse" (see photo) as opposed to the promotional picture. The bad: quality control wasn't great - i had to request a replacement as some of the side supports were not cut correctly to allow assembly. In fairness wayfair sorted this out very quickly. Summary: if you don't mind looking at bottle ends it's fine, for a display it's not.. Anonymous. Wigton, GB. Sat Aug 01 2026

Are you looking for an unusual gift for a special person who is close to your heart, or do you want to treat yourself to something nice for once? Perhaps it is this lovingly handcrafted artificially styled on an old wine stand, which fits seamlessly into any style of interior. The solid wood has been given its various scars, cracks, and indentations, giving it its driftwood look. In addition, the surface is sanded smooth so that you do not catch any splinters and in the final work, the stand is rubbed with wood stain in the colour pine. The wine rack has a safe stand thanks to the round steel plate and with its slight inclination, the bottles have a stable hold. If you have children or large pets, you don't have to worry about knocks.

I have assembled lots of flat pack furniture in my time but this has to be given the award for the worst! The quality of the materials is appalling. The metal interlocking strips do not match to interlock and I think are made from tin foil as they bend as easily as. The wooden bits (I've burned better quality kindling on my fire!) are supposed to be pre cut yet some weren't nor do they match up with the metal strips. All in all, a highly frustrating 8 hours trying to assemble this rubbish which quite frankly is about as level as a ploughed field and as aesthetically pleasing as a decomposing ogre. Luckily I have tools to correct the many errors contained within this box of nightmares. I will never buy another one...ever. The only thing I have gained from this experience is a masters degree in newly acquired swearwords.. Heather. Hexham. Sun Jul 13 2025
