Delivery for this bed was a pain. Wayfair kept stating one date, then it changed via email, no problems but I was then contacted by a delivery company to say bed is on its way in an hour!!! (one week before emailed date) Wayfair said that they would contact before hand to arrange a delivery day/time and if not convenient we could change, when bed arrived we was just leaving for the airport to go on holiday!! Also it was a deliver to room service and man refused and left in garage - would not come inside. Bed itself is nice, and looks good. Looks very stylish and wasn’t too hard to assemble. The bed actually sits low for my likening and the storage space below is quite narrow to be able to fit big things. Problematic and very poor service and management from beginning. Original delivery date changed a few times, had to call support many times to arrange per promise. Delivery had missing parts (bed feets) and assembly instructions. Instructions sent over email after a week but only 3 page out of 13. After 20 days got a dailymotion video to refer for assembly. This was again for different make and model. Had to spent 3-4 hours assembling without proper instructions. Bed feets delivered after 5 weeks with no instructions, until then bed was unassembled and unsed and consuming one full bedroom. Called several times to complain, get updates about feets and severals emails from Wayfair on promised delivery dates which did not come true until 5 weeks later. Even one time Customer support agent just hung up on me when pressed for no progress for long time. If I add up all of my time, had to spend 2 days (48 hours) for calling several times Wayfair, hanging on line, responding emails, etc to Wayfair and couriers. All this excluding disappointment, botheration and hassles. Don't think Wayfair customer support understands customer pain and urgency.. Amit. Fri Jan 24 2025
