Bookcase looks very good but the instructions are terrible, had to take apart 2/3 times with the holes not in the right place. I would give this 0 stars if I was able to. Every single bit of wood had a scratch, mark or chip on it. Packaged very poorly with nothing separating the pieces of wood. I have honestly never had furniture that looked like this on arrival. The finish of the product is also poor. I have requested a refund for this item. I would not recommend this product to anyone..
