It was just exactly as it showed in the picture, I must say a steal for the price as when I started out to design this corner and wanted to get a recliner chair I thought I would have to break the bank for something durable. But this purchased convince me. The quality is great, it looks elegant and very comfortable. It has up to 3 reclining levels depending on how low you want it. The only hiccup was with delivery, I ordered 2 sets and were dispatched in multiple boxes . The first set arrived early was the second was delayed. But the customer service at Wayfair were very helpful in making sure I get it back. The problem was with the delivery agent. Otherwise happy with the purchase and would recommend. Olamide. Cambridge. Very happy with quality of chair. Would consider ordering the 3 and 2 seater from this collection, only thing putting me off is the delivery standard, it arrived 2 days early (lucky we were home) we watched as a guy on his own actually rolled the box up the lawn and placed it at the bottom of eight stairs leading to our house claiming it wouldn’t fit and was ready to drive away! We are both in our sixties and asked him what we would do then! He shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know! Really! I told him I would be contacting the company to let them know of this very poor service, he said open it, we then opened the box lucky it wasn’t raining it is Scotland after all! He then carried one half of the chair my husband took the other half and drove away leaving us to drag all the massive packaging to dispose of! Definitely should be two delivery men for jobs this size, although he should not have expected us to step in and help him do his job!. Teresa. Barrhead Glasgow, GB. Wed Oct 14 2026
