I can't even begin to express just how much i LOVE this bed! I was soooo nervous about this purchase but i did as much research as i possibly could.... if your unsure then this is the review you need! I was abit overwhelmed by all the pieces as they aren't labeled so you have to figure that out but the instructions are super easy to follow and it took me about 2 and half hours to assemble by myself so it is certainly doable for one person to do, i will be adding some canopy curtains too but its 5 stars from me, i would give more if i could! delivery driver was super helpful and brought it upstairs for me as it is really heavy, but everything down to customer services to the driver was 10 out of 10 <3 no squeaks as of yet too which is obviously a massive plus! I’m so pleased with the look of this bed, it’s stunning. As a bonus it’s easy to put together (Seriously under an hour for someone with even a little experience of flat packs!). The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is a feel like it could be a little flimsy, as the side rail for the slats screw into the side panels directly with no support underneath besides the middle legs (normally there is a long timber Batton for it to rest on to add additional support). This ottoman storage bed is available in three different quality fabric finishes. The bed features a durable steel framework with quality, hardwearing, and 8 plies poplar sprung slats. The sprung slats increase comfort whilst also increasing the mattress life span. It has a classic buttoned headboard with padding for added comfort when sitting up in bed. You can choose from textured linen, sumptuous plush velvet, or glitzy crushed velvet. This ottoman bed features quality gas lift pistons and a large storage area that can be easily accessed by enabling a large variety of items to be tidily stored away. The mechanism is set for side opening and can be constructed for either side to open. The base is covered with a black fabric cloth so that the stored items are not in contact with the floor. It is suitable for use with all standard UK-size mattresses. The bed meets all UK FR and safety standards. It is supplied in flat-pack for self-assembly, with an approximate build time of 60-90 minutes.

Nice and sturdy bed fairly easy to assemble. Bought single bed for my grown-up daughter who is delighted. Soft velvet fabric and upholstered headboard. Good storage. Very nice and solid bed. My 4'6 double bed looks quite big as its sides adds extra 7-10 cm on each side. Color is ligh grey. Took me (I am lady in my early 30's) long time to put together (2 evenings). Note"""" for the drawers look for the letters on black metal details: CL( whete L for left) CR( r for right) and DL (drawer left) DR(drawer right) and you'll figure out how to put them. Very happy with this bed. The most difficult part about it putting together were metal legs!
