The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. Truly gorgeous bed. Took a while to assemble but instructions were clear and straight forward. Very happy with the overall quality; the velvet has a luxurious soft finish, I was worried it may feel grippy to the touch like some crushed velvets do, but it doesn't at all. The bed is sturdy, quiet and comfortable. Lots of storage room underneath with easy access. As a whole, a stunning piece that is great value for money. Would definitely recommend.. Anonymous.
