The bed is lovely! Really nice, solid build and very pretty. However, be warned, the instructions are a nightmare!! Bed was missing a piece from the support struts and was only noticed once bed was practically built. We contacted seller, who were unable to supply a spare part as it was out of stock. This bed shouldn’t be sold. Paintwork is a disgrace. The holes for screws don’t line up. Bolts don’t fit into holes. Long screws bent. Bed was good, easy to build and delivery was fine. But a part was missing, one of the vertical supports on the centre bed rail wasnt in the box - as shown in the image, it was easier to cut abit of wood rather than ask for a replacement as I needed the bed built that day.. My friend has spent A WHOLE DAY (11 hours to be precise ) trying to build this bed and as previous reviewer said , you need the right tools to build it and none of this has been stated in the description considering it’s such an important and time consuming , as well as bulky thing to order, get delivered and build. Material is flimsy , it’s very complicated and it’s just a joke and a rip off from the people . Whoever actually designed it should get sacked and the bed discontinued because I’ve got a little baby in the house and I’ve just spend a whole day messing about with space and stress not to even finish it up in one day ! Terrible experience. A lot of missing parts when it got delivered - which means that I cannot even start building the bed post unpacking ‘everything’. The quality of the materials is also not great and few parts were damaged. Best part is that I’ve ordered the missing pieces but got informed that they do not have them anymore. So I am left with a structure I cannot use because 5 important pieces were missing at delivery and don’t seem to even exist anymore. Worst service ever. Not sure what I am supposed to do now..
